Ball screws are employed fro longitudinal, cross and vertical movements, so the movement of the table possesses high accuracy and operation of the table is convenient and dexterous. Square guideway is adopted on the column, so the machine possesses adequate rigidity.
l New clamping method is adopted to eliminate clamping deformation.
l The bearing of series 31 is employed in the front of the spindle, and possesses high accuracy, low temperature rising. There is overload protection device, which ensures safety and reliability in the feed system.
